Our Return Policy
How It Works
Before sending out any orders, all goods are thoroughly inspected to ensure that they are in the best condition prior being sent to the Customer.
Always Peachy wants our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase .If you find that for some reason you are unsatisfied with a purchased item, you can feel free to contact us at info.alwayspeachy@gmail.com within 7 days after you have received your order. We will not accept any returns after 7 days of delivery. Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Kindly let us know what you are unhappy about including a description and images of the fault. We will assess the item(s) for any fault(s) and provide the Customer with the appropriate outcome.
Once we have assessed the faulty item(s), the item(s) must be returned to us in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it, unworn & undamaged. We will let you choose a different item of the same value or refund you in store credit, minus original shipping charges. If your returned item is damaged or in a used condition you will forfeit your chance to exchange your item and must pay an additional shipping fee to have the item returned back to you.
Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds.
Please note that all sale items purchased are non refundable/returnable.
Please make sure before you purchase that you are purchasing the correct size, we don’t do exchanges on incorrect sizing.
Returning your order to us is at your own cost and must be sent directly to the address given, we will not collect your item at any other delivery point.
Purchasing an item is confirmation that you agree and accept our exchange/return policy
Shipping and Delivery
How It Works
We make use of Fastway Couriers or Aramex to ship your orders out to your door.
Prices advertised on the website exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately and must also be paid in advance.
Take note that we do not offer a Cash on Delivery option, as the Couriers do not accept cash.
All order must be paid in full, including shipping charges before your order will be despatched.
Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address and contact details. We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages, although we will do our best to help you.
Our shipping cost is R75 (Fastway Couriers) or R100 (Aramex) added to the total cost of your order. This includes delivery to your door with a tracking number that will be provided once your order has been despatched. This is the only courier companies we use so unfortunately this is not negotiable.
Our shipping times are 1-5 business days including the order processing time.
Standard delivery takes place during office hours. Unfortunately you cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery. There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays.
Delivery timeframes depend on your delivery address/city/choice of courier.

For delivery in Cape Town: usually 1-3 working days.

For anywhere outside of Cape Town: usually 3-5 working days.
Payment Options
How It Works
We offer 2 different types of payment options:

​1. Peach Payments:
With Peach Payments you will be redirected to their secure checkout page where you will have the option to select a payment method. Once you have selected a payment method, you will be asked to enter your details, depending on the payment method. The page will then redirect to your banking app for authentication. Once payment is confirmed your order is placed and we will start the order processing to get your order despatched.

​2. Payflex:
Upon checkout you will choose to checkout with Peach Payments. You can then choose the Payflex option. With Payflex you will need to register an account on the Payflex website or if you already have an account with Payflex you will be asked to enter your Payflex account details. Once logged in you will be able to pay off your order with 4 installments over 6 weeks, interest free.
Social Media
How It Works
Always Peachy is or will be active on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and any other social media platforms from time to time (“Social Media Platforms”).
You may post reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, questions or other information through the Website and Social Media Platforms, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory or invasive of privacy.
Although Always Peachy does not purport to review, nor is Always Peachy under any obligation to review any submitted content, we reserve the right to remove any content from the Website and Social Media Platforms where we deem such content, in our sole and absolute discretion, to be an infringement of this clause or harmful in any way whatsoever.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Always Peachy and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and the full right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Always Peachy and its affiliates the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
